Status client hold dla domen globalnych

ICANN (ang. Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), jednostka odpowiadająca za kontrolę adresów domenowych na całym świecie, w 2014 roku wprowadziła wymóg potwierdzenia tożsamości abonenta domeny globalnej.

Jeżeli w ostatnim czasie:

• zmieniałeś dane abonenta domeny
• wykonywałeś cesję domeny
• zakupiłeś nową domenę globalną

To oznacza, że otrzymałeś także wiadomość z linkiem do potwierdzenia wykonywanych operacji. Poniżej znajdziesz treść wiadomości:

Aby potwierdzić dane abonenta domeny, kliknij w link zawarty w mailu. Jeżeli tego nie zrobisz, status Twojej domeny w rejestrze zmieni się na “CLIENT HOLD”. Twoja domena zostanie zablokowana, a usługi z nią związane przestaną działać.

Aby odblokować domenę, odszukaj wiadomości z linkiem, a następnie potwierdź dane abonenta klikając w niego. W ciągu 15 minut po kliknięciu w link, status Twojej domeny zmieni się na “OK”, a usługi wrócą do działania.
